aunt flow

I first met Claire Coder when I attended Columbus Start Up Week in 2016 with The Buzz Maker!™. There she was, this powerhouse of a 19 year old girl (at the time), up on stage and full of confidence speaking about her business venture, Aunt Flow. *Um, what? 19? Yes, you heard me right. 19 and killing it.*

Aunt Flow is a buy one, give one subscription model for menstrual products. Did you know that menstrual products are not covered by food stamps or WIC? Or, that many of the 16.9 menstruating individuals living in poverty often have to choose between food and tampons, often resorting to plastic bags and layers of clothes?

Packaging Gusset design

This design was created to represent all off the different menstruators. It is featured on the bottom of the new bagged packaging for Aunt Flow's non-applicator tampons.
